Cancellation Period:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, please note that the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants/execution team and they have initiated the process of working on them.

Exclusions:

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for products/services obtained during special occasions/events/offers such as Month-end offers, discount promotions, Diwali, Halloweens, Christmas, New Year, etc. These are limited occasion/event offers/schemes, and therefore, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds and Adjustments:

Money once paid will not be returned in any case, even if the cancellation is placed within 12 hours. However, the money can be adjusted against a future order within 90 days.

Third-Party Services:

Any deficiency in service caused by a third party, such as hosting, server, images, content writing, etc., will not be the responsibility of Avesent Pvt Ltd. Any efforts Avesent has to put while coordinating/liaising with them will be charged as per the standard rate of the company.

Product Discrepancies:

In the event that the product received does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.

Money Back Policy:

Due to the nature of our business, Avesent does not offer any money-back policy for products or services purchased. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.

SEO Services Payment Plan:

For SEO services, the payment plan is designed to facilitate customers in making advance payments for the first month and after reviewing the work/performance of the previous month you will be paying for the next month. As SEO results can vary, Avesent, like any SEO company, cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, or sales. By making the next payment or paying for a new project, you are agreeing that you are satisfied with the services delivered so far.

Monthly Payment Services of Digital Marketing:

Users opting for monthly payment services of digital marketing are required to provide 30 days advance notice prior to the cancellation of any services. This allows us to manage resources effectively and plan accordingly. Failure do to so will bound you to pay any outstanding invoice due for that month of Services.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

By opting for any services provided by Avesent Pvt Ltd, users agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by the company.
